Our food is fast, flavorful and made from scratch for you! From house-made salsas to classic Tex Mex breakfast tacos, every ingredient earns its place. Our menu was created to be perfect for a quick solo meal, a family outing, or an office party! Is it your turn to pick up food for the kids’ soccer team and you forgot? No worries—in most cases, your order will be ready in under 10 minutes!

We think every day is pretty special at Hector’s, but we figure most of you also want to know how we make each one just a little different from the next. Stay tuned for happy hour and other daily specials coming after our GRAND OPENING in late February!

We are BOTH grab and go and dine-in, with neither option taking priority or compromising the other. Most of our food, especially our breakfast tacos, are packaged and designed to last and be just as good take-away as onsite.
During soft opening, we will primarily take walk-up orders at the windows, with food ready in just in a few minutes. Feel free to take to go or dine in! Phone ordering may also be available during non peak times.

what’s tex-mex?
A term coined in the 1960s, the food itself is much older and was developed over centuries from the melding of cultures in the 16th and 17th century Texas missions from El Paso to San Antonio. Today, Tex-Mex is a recognized regional American cuisine kept and evolved by the culinary creations of Tejano people—Texans of Mexican heritage. This hybrid food culture blends Mexican cooking techniques with American Southwest ingredients and flavors.
…with a little cowboy flair
Simple Tex-Mex staples include breakfast tacos, fajitas, nachos, and the incorporation of bbq meats including brisket, barbacoa and chicken with BBQ sauce. Homemade flour tortillas are foundational, and our Tex-Mex tacos hit different from others you find outside of Texas. You’ll always find classic Tex-Mex chili con queso or more typically referred to simply as “queso” (melted American cheese with various chili peppers) on the menu.
While you might recognize some dishes from other Mexican restaurants, we think you’ll find we do our flavors and techniques just a little different.
