We pride ourselves on quality, scratch-made and authentic Tex-Mex comfort food. Our menu is intentionally simple and casual.
We use avocado oil and butter for cooking. Our refried beans are a generations-old family recipe and cooked for hours before they’re refried; our salsas and dressings are made in-house and we take great pride in our signature homemade flour tortillas!

We want it to be easy for everyone to order at Hector's! This menu is laid out particularly for our VEGAN and VEGETARIAN friends. If you are DAIRY-FREE, you can get most items without cheese. If you are GLUTEN-FREE, none of our menu items have gluten except our flour tortillas — order any of our tacos on corn tortillas to make them GF!
