option I:
order ahead online
need super quick service, dine-in or to-go? we’ve got you! follow these steps:
𖤓 View our online menu. Then click “Order Online” above.
𖤓 Finish up what you’re doing, and we’ll have your food (just about) ready by the time you arrive!
𖤓 Grab your food and go! Or if you want to dine in, you’re welcomed to grab your food when you arrive and find a spot!
option 2:
walk-up & order
have a little more time? we’d love to see ya!
Walk up, view our menu and order from our friendly staff at the order windows off 4th. Then choose your next adventure:
𖤓 Hang out with a cold drink while we prep your order.
🌶️ TIP: Bring your Hector’s fanny pack or tote for a discount!
𖤓 Take it to-go or dine in with us! Grab a table on our enclosed “Veranda” off Central or upstairs in our cantina while we make your food - it will magically appear at the window.
(Please note the cantina is 21+ after 4 pm Wed-Sat)
𖤓 We know our seating is limited—coming Summer 2026, we will open up the “Patio” with standing tables, live music on weekends, and games for kids! Stay tuned for that fun-ness.

𖤓 Just stay where you are and click the “order online” taco button above. When it’s ready, you’ll receive a text that it’s at the pick up window on the patio side.

From complimentary scratch-made salsa, cilantro, jalapenos, and more, to the option to add a la carte beans or meat to your queso or soup to make it “loaded,” we want you to love to it!

pretty soon, you’ll see e-bike delivery drivers with ‘tacos in Transit bags’ and we can’t wait!
We see a need for high-quality, reliable and friendly delivery service that doesn’t cost you double your order. A service that operates locally and independently of the big delivery platforms and their big fees.
Olympia can do better and we will! Just give us a little time to get it going.

He really could. From this Texas couple who met at an iconic Austin restaurant and now call Olympia, WA home, thanks for letting us delight you with a place that feels like a backyard hangout at home in Austin. No muss, no fuss, just a good time.
