Chicken tortilla soup
Inspired by the owners’ favorite soups in Austin and Dallas and a recipe they’ve made for years. Scratch-made chicken broth base with generous carrot, onion, celery, tomato, garlic and shredded chicken. Garnished with avocado, cilantro, cheese and corn tortilla strips (GF).

Not your average messy pile of chips. Baked tostadas evenly layered and broiled with our refried beans and cheese. Add garnish from our salsa bar! (GF) Half is 2 whole corn tortillas, full is 4.
Cheese quesadilla - COMING SOON!
Homemade flour tortilla grilled with cheddar cheese. Small side of guac and sour cream on us, at your request. Add garnish from our salsa bar! (V) Half is 1 tortilla, whole is 2 tortillas.

Organic romaine lettuce, red cabbage, avocado slices, crispy bacon, tomato, shredded Monterey jack cheese and homemade tortilla strips. Ask for it “chopped and dressed” to have it all premixed/chopped for you with your dressing of choice!

We use high quality meat, pork lard, butter, and wheat flour in our dishes.
For our VEGETARIAN and GLUTEN-FREE friends, substitute corn tortillas (no lard or gluten) for flour tortillas, and black beans (no lard) for refried (please note: we are not a gluten-free or vegan facility.

We pride ourselves on quality, scratch-made and authentic Tex-Mex comfort food. Our menu is intentionally simple and casual.
We use avocado oil and butter for cooking. Our beans are a family recipe that goes back generations and cooked for hours before they’re refried, our salsas and dressings are made in-house and we take great pride in our signature homemade flour tortillas!
